Match format & scoring
Main Draw
Best 2 out of 3 sets.
10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set (first to 10, win by 2).
No-Ad scoring.
Consolation Draw
8-game pro set, No-Ad scoring.
7-point tiebreak at 8–8.
Minimum Two-Match Guarantee: All players are guaranteed a minimum of two matches in this tournament.
Consolation Feed-In: Depending on draw size, players may have first match loss consolation or may also feed in after a second-match loss; please check the draw or ask at the desk.

Consolation policy
Players are required to play in the consolation draw.
Withdrawal for illness, injury, or personal reason is permitted — you must notify the Tournament Director in advance.
NO-SHOWS are not permitted. Failure to appear for a scheduled consolation match without prior notice will result in 5 suspension points.
Withdrawal policy
All players who withdraw from Main or Consolation draws must email the Tournament Director in writing before their scheduled match time.
Telling someone at the desk is not sufficient ; failure to provide written notice may result in suspension points for a No-Show.
Refund policy
No refunds for withdrawals six days or fewer before the start date, or after selections are finalized.
No refunds for shortened or modified events due to weather or other external factors.
If the tournament is canceled entirely before a player's first match is completed: 75% refund (after processing fees).
Once a player completes their first match, no refund will be granted.
Receiving a withdrawal/default/walkover counts as a match played.
Electronic entry fees are non-refundable.

Will my junior get in?
Boys' Singles 12 & under, Boys' Singles 14 & under, Girls' Singles 14 & under, Girls' Singles 16 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
Can we enter two divisions?
One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.
When do we know?
