LATE ENTRIES: WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY LATE ENTRIES.

MATCH FORMATS:

ALL SINGLES MATCHES WILL BE A "BEST OF TWO SETS" with a match tie-break in lieu of a third set. Regular Scoring for all singles matches.

Consolation: There will be NO consolation for this event.

We are not taking on-site alternates.

Default No-Show Policy : Players are expected to play all matches including main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will receive a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.)

*Draws and match formats may be altered for cogent reason.

Recording or matches: Matches played at Lakewood & EL Dorado Park Tennis will be recorded. please stop by the tournament desk or pro shop to order yours. $30.00

Large Draws

This is a "one" weekend event. Some draw finals "May" be played on Monday after 5 pm. (very unlikely)

Air Quality Index Guidelines

USTA SoCal's top priority is participant safety at all events. To that end USTA SoCal has adopted Air Quality (AQI 2.5) Guidelines using guidance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). USTA SoCal and all organizers of USTA SoCal sanctioned tournaments and sanctioned leagues, and other USTA SoCal sponsored events shall use www.airnow.gov as the standard for local AQI monitoring. MAKEUP DATES & REFUND POLICY

No refund is required beginning six days before the start date of the tournament or after selection is made, whichever date is later, if you withdraw from the tournament.

In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety by changing the match or scoring format, if necessary.

If the tournament is shortened or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be offered.
