NO REFUNDS/CREDITS AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE .

Please DO NOT ask for a refund or for a credit if you need to withdraw from the tournament after entries have closed. There are many fees and up front costs (sanction fee, USTA fee, courts, balls, refs, staff, etc) that are associated with organizing and running a tennis tournament. Those expenses are all based on how many participants enter a tournament and we do have to pay them regardless of play. Also, keep in mind that when a player signs up, that player takes away a spot that could have been used by another player who is ready to play. For all these reasons and many more, there are no refunds or credits once registrations close.

Format will be 2 sets to 6, no ad, with a 10-point tiebreak if split sets.

LEVEL 5 SELECTION PROCESS

The Junior Competition Committee has voted to have the USTA So Cal staff responsible for L3 closed, L4 open & closed, and L5 selection using National Standings List (NSL) and seedings using a Computerized List Method (As of January 1, 2023, the JCC will utilize WTN as its computerized list) . USTA So Cal staff will select 15 top NSL and up to 1 Wild Card. USTA So Cal staff and Tournament Director will determine the Wild Cards. DOUBLES PAIRING

If you are looking for a doubles partner, there are two ways to find one through Match Tennis App . Once you have a partner, your registration is not complete until you are PAIRED with your partner via the USTA registration page. Players are responsible for finding their own doubles partner and pairing with them before the entry deadline.

4. Add your Name to the doubles partner list

5. Click the email Icon beside players you would like to contact to play (Privatized system)

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 5?

A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.

Can we enter two divisions?

One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.

When do we know?
