Both days (Sat and Sun) Matches will start at 9 am. PLEASE DON'T BE LATE
SCORING FORMAT: Single elimination or Round Robin draw
Two tiebreak sets, 10-point match tiebreak at one set all (for 2 sets, @ 6-6 plays a 7-point tie-break) No-Ad scoring.
EVERY MATCH WILL BE NO AD SCORING. AT DEUCE, RECEIVER WILL CHOOSE THE SIDE!
Mixed doubles matches - at No Ad, male player will serve to male player and female player will serve to female player.
This is only for the MIXED Doubles matches.
We are excited to see you on Saturday and Sunday. There is ALWAYS construction on 405 freeway and there is always traffic ! Please plan your trip ahead!
Late Penalties: 1-5 mins late loss of toss and game, 6-10 mins late loss of toss and 2 games, 11-15 mins late loss of toss and 3 games. 16th min you lose that match.
Warm up courts: I will open courts at 815 am.

We will have umpires and court watchers at FVHS. Court watchers are authorized to overrule calls to ensure fair play.

Check-In Reminder:
Prior to checking in at the tournament desk, please use the restroom facilities. This will streamline the process and avoid delays. This is a Doubles only tournament; Both players will have check in at the same time. You can't have your doubles partner either in the bathroom or in the parking lot!
Late Penalties:
If you are late, USTA penalties will apply. For example, if your match is at 8 am then if you check in between 8:01 am - 8:05 am You will lose toss and 1 game. 8:06 am- 8:10 am you will lose toss and 2 games, 8:11-815 you will lose toss and 3 games. @ 8:16 you will lose that match.

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
