CONSOLATION INFORMATION
Minimum 2 match guarantee
Players losing in the Round of 16 or Quarterfinals (depending on the draw size) will automatically enter the backdraw. Notify the Tournament Director to decline consolation; withdrawals will be coded as walkovers. Failure to appear for a scheduled consolation match will result in Default N/S penalties.
SCORING FORMAT
Main draw: 2/3 sets w/ 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. NO AD SCORING
Comnsolation Draw: 8 game pro set. NO AD SCORING

ALTERNATE POLICY
Should a player withdraw from the draw, we will fill the spot with an alternate (without affecting seeding). We will not fill alternates after 5PM on Friday.
Withdraw/Refund:
• No refund shall be granted for withdrawals requested within 6 days of the tournament's start, per USTA
• No refund shall be granted for withdrawals requested after players have been selected
Wild Cards:
EXPECTANCY DURING THE TOURNAMENT
• ARRIVE EARLY. USTA Point Penalty System will be used for late arrivals.
• Players are required chek in themselves
• Check in and stand by means ready to go when your macth is called.
• 5 minute match warm up will be strictly enforce
• Return balls promptly, report your score at the desk, and check the draw for your next match time. Per USTA rules, players are responsible for knowing their match times and should not rely on the Tournament Director.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
