ALTERNATE POLICY
Should a player withdraw from the draw, we will fill the spot with an alternate (without affecting seeding). We will not fill alternates after 5PM on Friday.
Withdraw/Refund:
• No refund shall be granted for withdrawals requested within 6 days of the tournament's start, per USTA
• No refund shall be granted for withdrawals requested after players have been selected
EXPECTANCY DURING THE TOURNAMENT
• ARRIVE EARLY. USTA Point Penalty System will be used for late arrivals.
• Players are required chek in themselves
• Check in and stand by means ready to go when your macth is called.
• 5 minute match warm up will be strictly enforce. No warm up after during and after second match
• Return balls promptly, report your score at the desk, and check the draw for your next match time. Per USTA rules, players are responsible for knowing their match times and should not rely on the Tournament Director.

• Warm up courts: Available at start of the day and first come basis
• Pro shop - We sell sandwich combos, snacks, ice cream and water
• No Stringing on site
• Withdrawal after draws published: the spot will be replaced by the next alternate. If there is no alternate, the match will be coded as a walkover.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
