at Edison High School-21400 Magnolia St., Huntington Beach-(courts are just south of the football field)

14s: CHECK IN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AT 7:45AM at Ocean View High School-17071 Gothard St., Huntington Beach- (courts are at the back of the school off of Warner Ave.)

16s: CHECK IN AT 7:45AM SATURDAY AND SUNDAY at Esperanza High 1830 Kellogg Dr. Anaheim (courts are on the south side of the school)

Intended match schedule: singles 2 short sets to 4 (7 point match tiebreak at 4-4) All doubles 6 game set no add (tiebreak at 6-6)

Day #1-Match #1= Gender doubles, Boys singles, girls singles, mixed then Match #2= Gender doubles, Boys singles

Day #2-Match #2 to completion=mixed, girls singles then Match #3= Gender doubles, Boys singles, Girls singles, mixed

Colored Team shirts: Each player will receive two colored shirts. Players who do not wear the team uniform are not eligible for individual awards. There is an MVP and sportsmanship award for each age division.

Ocean View High has two portable restrooms for emergencies. The restrooms are too far from the tennis courts. If you do not want to use the portables, plan accordingly.

Since this is a team event some players from each team may be asked to assist with lines. A USTA official is available at each site for major issues.

Warm up courts : Courts are available for warm up on a first come first serve basis. Generally the courts are open at 7am at Ocean View High and Esperanza High, but we cannot guarantee they will be open on time since it is out of our hands. Fullerton Tennis Center should have warm up courts after 10:15am but it is also first come first serve. No guarantee there are warm up court at Fullerton. Plan accordingly. If all available warm up courts are used, players may be asked to share warm up courts. Also plan accordingly.

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 6?

The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.

Can we enter two divisions?

One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.

When do we know?
