Important Reminders
Please check in 5–10 minutes before every scheduled match time .
Checked in means you are ready to play. Bathroom breaks, sunscreen, etc. must be completed before check-in.
We have a large number of matches to complete, so on-time match starts are essential to avoid delays.
After completing your match, promptly return the balls and report the score at the desk.
Warm-Up Courts
Warm-up courts are first come, first served before first-round matches at 8:30 AM .
Once play begins, no warm-up courts will be available.

Scoring Formats & Consolation
• Singles 2 tiebreak sets, regular scoring, 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set
• Doubles: 8-game pro set, no-ad scoring

How can I add a doubles partner?
Inviting a Doubles Partner/Accepting a Doubles Partner
-If players choose to play doubles - they have to play in the same age divison as singles.
-Due to an increase in WO, defaults, and player issues, tournament director will not pair unpaired players.
DOUBLES PAIRING
It's VERY IMPORTANT to pair with your partner when entering in doubles. Your registration is not complete until BOTH players confirm and you receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL! Please contact the tournament director BEFORE the entry deadline if you need assistance.
If you are looking for a doubles partner, there are two ways to find one through Match Tennis App . Once you have a partner, your registration is not complete until you are PAIRED with your partner via the USTA registration page. Players are responsible for finding their own doubles partner and pairing with them before the entry deadline.

2. Search for Tournament and click on it
3. Click "Find Doubles Partner" button
4. Add your Name to the doubles partner list
5. Click the email Icon beside players you would like to contact to play (Privatized system)

3. Type name and search of player you would like to play with
4. Click on this player's name
5. Click the blue button "Send Message" to ask to play doubles
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
-BEFORE THE DEADLINE: A player can withdraw themselves from the tournament prior to the registration close date, i nstructions on how to withdraw are here.
- AFTER THE DEADLINE: If you wish to withdraw after the touranment deadline, please email csimmonds@ytsd.org with your player's NAME and AGE DIVISION. There must be written record that you requested a withdraw from any event. Please note, withdraws after the deadline are not elegible for a refund.
- No refund will be offered within 6 days of the tournament, per USTA
- No refund will be offered upon player selection
Spectators
- All players and spectators must adhere to The Code. Failure to abide by guidelines outlined in Friend At Court will result in your removal from the event.
- No 10U
- No consolation.
- Players must play singles and doubles in the same age division.
- Players are charged upon selection.
- No refunds once selections are finalized (per USTA Friend at Court, refunds not required within 6 days of tournament start)
BRYAN BROS DOUBLES RACE
The doubles will be counted towards the Bryan Bros Doubles Race .
