DRAW FORMAT
Round Robin: 6 or fewer players, straight round robin, no playoffs
Round Robin with Playoff: 7 or more players, top finishers of each pool will play in the playoffs

No consolation for this event as it is round robin with playoff.
NO REFUNDS AFTER DRAWS ARE POSTED.
Inconvenient scheduling or conflicting personal schedules, injury or sickness after the draws are published will not
be considered for refunds. In the case of inclement weather, or natural environmental occurrances, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety. Entry fees are non-refundable. If the tournament is canceled entirely, only partial refunds may be offered if the tournament has already incurred trophy, balls, administrative and organizational expenses. If the tournament is shortened or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be offered. After the draws are published, refunds are not granted for withdrawal as a result of entering two concurrent tournaments. Refunds that are granted before the draws are published do not include the online registration service fee.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
Can we enter two divisions?
One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.
When do we know?
