This event will require a $50 deposit. Once the player completes all of their matches from this event, the player will receive a refund of $45.25 (after deducting non-refundable USTA transaction fees). That makes the event a total of $4.75/player!

Each division will have a different total number of games per match depending on how many players are entered in each. It will be a format that will last 2 to 2.5 hours per division.
* Some matches may take longer than expected so some players may have to wait until a court is open, we'll try to send out players as fast as we can *
* No special time requests and court requests
* 5 minute warm-up prior to the first match, no warm-up after the first match unless you have a 1st round BYE
Players will play against everyone in their group. Group winners will not play against each other.
* If there is a withdrawal in a group and no alternates to replace the withdrawn player, the match format will be adjusted for the remaining players in the group. Match format will not change once the first round begins.
* After every match, both players must return to the tournament desk to report the score and find out who they play next. Leave the Balls on the court.
Should a player withdraw from the draw, we will fill the spot with an alternate (without affecting seeding). We will not fill alternates after 5PM on Friday.
**Draws and match formats may be altered for cogent reason.
No refunds after the entry deadline
WINNERS AND FINALISTS OF EACH GROUP WILL RECEIVE A MEDAL - there are no playoffs.

Will my junior get in?
Boys' Singles 12 & under, Boys' Singles 14 & under, Girls' Singles 12 & under, Girls' Singles 14 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
Can we enter two divisions?
One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.
When do we know?
