Hattiesburg Country Club
Hattiesburg Country Club is located at 61 Classic Drive in Hattiesburg, MS. The tennis program at HCC has undone a complete overhaul which began in the Spring of 2021 when HCC partnered with EKS Tennis Management to run all tennis operations and Zoe Douglas was brought on as the Director of Tennis.
HCC finished its full renovation of the racquets facility. A new Tennis/Pickleball pro shop has been decked out with clothing, rackets, shoes and everything you need to be prepared when you take the court. The final stages of court renovations have been completed and we will have brand new (7) tennis and (6) pickleball courts.
We're excited to host our last sanctioned junior tournament for 2026 and have another great turnout! Feel free to contact Zoe Douglas at 319-333-5029 with any questions leading up to or during the tournament.
HEAD PRIZE GIVEAWAY FOR EARLY ENTRIES!!
As with most L6 junior events, there are a large # of players that wait until the last minute to register. This consistently hurts the size and strength of our junior tournaments. In an effort to get players signed up before the day of the deadline, we will be giving away a Head prize package valued at over $250 for all players who don't wait until the last minute!! All participants who register by end of day Friday, September 12th will be automatically registered for a chance to win the prize package which will include: a Head Racket, Racket Bag, String, Grip, Clothing, Pro Shop Discount Coupon and more. If you need to change the age division you registered for after entries close, we will be happy to move you!! Spread the word and get registered soon! The drawing will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, at the HCC pro shop!

Thursday - Singles draws posted by 3:00 p.m.
Friday - Larger Singles divisions (with rounds of 16 matches) will begin Friday afternoon (Not before 4:00 p.m)
Saturday - Singles matches begin at 8:00 a.m and doubles will be scheduled on Saturday following singles matches
Sunday - Singles matches begin at 8:00 and single and doubles divisions completed

SCORING FORMAT
SINGLES - All singles matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd.
DOUBLES - All doubles matches will be an 8 game pro set with regular scoring (with-ad). A 7 point tiebreaker will be played at 8 games all if needed.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
