Parents and players, thank you all again for choosing a BEST event! We will be using the MatchTennisApp to sign the tournament waiver ONLY . We will have a PHYSICAL TOURNAMENT DESK so we will NOT be using the match tennis app for court assignments or reporting scores - all of that will be done at the PHYSICAL tournament desk.
This is a USTA National Junior Level 6 tournament for boys and girls 12U – 18U players . This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected, and your credit card is charged. Players and parents must return to the tournament page to view the draw and confirm the match times for their player.
Tournament Desk Registration must be completed by all players by the Weds before the tournament
We will have a PHYSICAL tournament desk for checking in and reporting scores - we will send both players on court at the same time so please have the players report to the tournament desk. Please verify your match times and complete the tournament waiver! Thanks again for playing and we'll see you all Saturday!

All players MUST add their Doubles Partner name and USTA number to the waiver form under the “Doubles Partner” section in order to play doubles in this event.
If you have already completed the waiver form but did not have a partner at the time the waiver was completed, log in to Match Tennis App to edit your waiver and add your doubles partner details by going to My Account>Completed Waivers>Tournament Name>Add Partner Details>Click Update.

If you need a doubles partner, we will be using the Match Tennis App Free Doubles Pairing Service.
To Find a Doubles Partner, follow these steps:
• Click the link above to complete the MANDATORY tournament waiver.
• Create a FREE account or log in to Match Tennis App by clicking the link above.
• Search for and click on our tournament details page inside of Match Tennis App.
• Click the “Find A Doubles Partner” button and add your player’s name to the doubles list.
• Then contact and be contacted by others looking for a doubles partner.
Once a partner is secured, you MUST add your partner details to your waiver form by logging into Match Tennis App and going to My Account>Completed Waivers>Tournament Name>Add Doubles Partner Details>Click Update.
The doubles pairing service is privatized through Match Tennis App, so you do NOT have to share any personal contact info with others unless you choose to do so!
DRAWS
The draw and match schedule will be posted by 6 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the tournament start date. Players placing 1st and 2nd place in the main draw and consolation will receive a trophy.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Nov 2, 5:59pm EST). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
