From the tournament desk
Charleston Tennis Circuit is excited to host another tournament at Snee Farm. We strive to provide a fun, postive, and competitive environment.
Many thanks to Mike Baker, Craig Cignarelli, and Snee Farm for allowing us to do so!
Please note important information below:
• We will use Clay and Hard courts. Court surfaces will soley be dependent on draw size. I wish I could give an answer before draws come out but it's basically and xcel jigsaw puzzle.
• We will NOT use match App . We prefer a more personal experience. Registration and check-in will be at the front desk located at the pro shop at Snee Farm. Please make sure the email and phone we have on file will comunicate with your player.
• Several courts during the tournament are reserved for member and adult Play. Do not jump/warm up on open courts with asking . We will not be able to continue holding tournaments at Snee if we cannot respect their request for open courts.

• We will update frequently for inclement weather or events outside our control. We will send texts, email, and update the registration page (in that order) s
• Again,p lease make sure we have your correct info!
• Play starts at 4pm Friday. Please check-in at desk well before match times. The goal is to stay on time. If you are cutting it close please text 843.670.0049 we will put another match on ahead of yours if there is a wait.
• If there is no wait list you will be time penalized according to USTA rules. We are here to play as much tennis as possible so please respect our time and opponents.
• Once players are charged via selection system there will be No Refund. We immediatly begin work on draws and it costs time and money to withdraw and rework draws. We understand your reason may be valid but it is not in our interest to sift through valid, invalid and deception.
• Double Check your times each morning . Time can be changed overnight due to delays, withdrawls, schedule errors, etc. If something does not make sense please text at 843.670.0049.
• Tournament Format - Feed-in championship to quarterfinals, 3rd set 10-point breaker.
• No dubs, Sorry. Scheduling nighmare with limited courts.
• Late entires will be considered if it benefits the draw numbers. There will be a $20 charge for late entries . Sign up early and you will avoid the fee every time.
On court Notes:
1. if players check their smart watches during the match they will be curtiously asked to remove it . In emergency they must ask an offical for permission to check.
2. Coaching is only allowed between 2nd and 3rd set. Coaching out side of those 3 minutes is not the same as cheering. We will kindly ask you to stop coaching 2 times per tournament. After that, coaches will be removed from earshot or visual if using signs. See Note 5.
4. Please let players officiate the match themselves. There will be good calls, bad calls, close calls and missed scoring. They need to figure it out or ask and official. I've seen too many parents bully opposing players on the side line... Not Cool.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Sep 28, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
