CHECK IN: Check in to the tourney desk 30 minutes prior to your match. If we are running ahead, we will put you on the court. When you check in you must stay around the tournament desk and you must be ready to walk on the court. If you are not ready, don't check in. Both players should return to the desk to report the score and return balls. Next round times will not be given out at the desk. This is to avoid possible communication issues. Please refer to the draws online for your next time.
Warmup Courts : The facility will be available for warmup at 7:00am. It's on a first come basis. Please share courts with as many as 4 per court. The referee will likely pull the players off the courts at 7:45 to put on the 8am matches. After that, there are no courts for warmup. All courts will be used for the tournament.
• First Match Consolation. Consolation Finals May not occur. Consolation matches can be shortned sets or no-ad scoring.
• Please stay close by and check in 30 minutes prior to each match. We reserve the right to place matches on early as open courts allow.
COMMUNICATION - there are always going to be lots of questions. THIS TOURNAMENT HOMEPAGE IS HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ALL.
Please email/text Tournament Director below with any questions.
REMINDERS

• Always check the website before leaving your residence to stay updated on any weather related delays.
MATCH ETIQUETTES
• Arrive 30 minutes before your match. Consider traffic and the possibility of getting lost if this is your first time at this location.
• Check-In for your match at the tournament desk once you are ON-SITE and ready to take the court.
• If you are 99% sure a ball is out, then the ball is IN. Demonstrate integrity and character when calling lines. A ball is only out if you are 100% certain of it. If you have any doubt, continue to play the point.
• The Server says the score before EVERY point. If you disagree with a stated score, do not play the point, amicably discuss the correct score before proceeding with play.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Wed, Sep 23, 4:59pm CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
