1. Match App Info
This tournament will NOT use Match Tennis App for check-in and reporting scores. All communication will use the Serve Tennis platform.

3. Selection Info
Top 24 boys and girls based on the Combined Rankings as of October 14, 2026. Players will be waterfalled across the 6 teams so that the top 6 players are on different teams. Each team will have 4 boys and 4 girls. If a division does not fill 24 boys and 24 girls, the best grouping of players and teams will be used.

4. Late Entrant Deadline
Late entrants will be accepted into any division/gender that does not fill its 24 places until Sunday, October 18. If a division fills its 24 places, additional players may be added to the alternate list behind those who entered on time.
5. Seeding Info
Teams will not be seeded due to Round Robin play.
6. Format of Play
6 teams of 4 boys and 4 girls play Round Robin against each of the other teams. Each team match consists of 4 boys singles, 4 girls singles, and 4 doubles matches. All players need to play Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Play should conclude by 1:00pm on Monday with good weather.
7. Player Selection & Ranking List
The selection of players and the waterfall placement of players on the teams will use the October 16th Combined Ranking list. This is used since players will play both singles and doubles.
8. Practice Court Info
Practice courts available on site after 12:30pm on the 23rd, and an hour and 15 minutes prior to play each day.
9. Stringer Info
Stringing services are available on site in the main indoor building upstairs.
10. Trainer Info
An athletic trainer will be on site. The site will have ice and first aid.
11. Tournament Site & Amenities
Tournament play will be held at The Farm & Forge Club. There will be a player hospitatlity table with snacks for the players.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 4?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Oct 15, 4:59pm CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

Doubles will be regular Ad scoring, with a set to 6 games and a 7-point tiebreak at 6 games all.
1.5 hour mandatory rest, 1 hour singles to doubles
All match play is governed by Friend at Court , the USTA Code; USTA Southern Rules; USTA Southern Tournament Regulations, with the current USTA Point Penalty System in effect for all matches.

SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS
Players may register for two age divisions in Level 3 Closed, Level 4 Open/Closed tournaments. Players that do register for both divisions will automatically be selected in the older division if they are selected for both. Players not selected to either division will remain on both alternate Lists for both age divisions. If selected, the player must play in the division they first get into from the alternate lists and will be removed from the Alternate List in the other division. Once a player is selected for any one division, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
YOU MUST PLAY THE SAME AGE DIVISION FOR SINGLES AND DOUBLES
Per STA rules for all National Level 3-5's, you must play the same doubles division as your chosen singles division.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS RE: CONCURRENT TOURNAMENTS
USTA Regulations state the following:
● Player shall not enter two tournaments at same time. When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. After a player has been eliminated from a tournament whose schedule of play partially overlaps with
that of a second tournament, the player may then enter the second tournament.
(USTA REGULATIONS IV.C. (Standards of Conduct), 2025 Friend at Court, #s 12 through #17 apply).
Penalty: (4) Suspension points to player in violation per offense, enforced by either Tournament Committee, and/or USTA Administration.
SPORTSMANSHIP & THE USTA PLAYER OATH
All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Player Oath: "I recognize that tennis is a sport that places the responsibility for fair play on me. I promise to abide by the rules of the game, which require me to give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent. At all times I shall strive to compete with the true spirit of sportsmanship, recognizing that my behavior on the court is a direct reflection of my character. Whether my matches end with my victory or defeat, I promise to conduct myself in a way that honors my opponents, those who support me, and the game of tennis."
SAFE PLAY INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS & COACHES
Please be advised that if you plan to bring your coach with you, he/she SHOULD be Safe Play Approved through the end of the Tournament. This includes completing SafeSport training, acknowledging the USTA Safe Play Policy which includes reporting requirements, and a criminal background check. You can check if your coach is Safe Play Approved by visiting:

If they are not Safe Play Approved, please ensure they complete the process ASAP by visiting www.usta.com/safeplay and selecting “Get Approved.” PLEASE NOTE: SAFESPORT TRAINING IS 90 MINUTES LONG AND FULL APPROVAL CAN TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS.
