From the tournament desk
This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia and USTA Southern as a National Level 5 Closed. This means that ONLY Georgia players may register for this event. Registration must be completed online. Players may NOT register for two age divisions.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged. USTA National standings will be used for selections and USTA National Seeding list for seeding.

Draws will be published by Thursday at 3 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the players draws, match times and any other updates. Draw size: Doubles: 32 draw. Doubles will be single elimination.
Format
Scoring for BG 12-18 Doubles - Main Draw and Consolation: Best of 2 sets with a 10 pt. Match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set. FICQ draw format with a 3/4 play-off. Scoring for Mixed Doubles - 8 game pro-set, no ad scoring. Single Elimination.

In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST click the below link to fill out the check-in form, and sign the waiver for this tournament. Please note: this is NOT a registration for the tournament. You must still register for the tournament and until you are selected, your entry into the tournament is not confirmed by completing the below forms. However, these forms must be completed to participate in the tournament.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw on USTA.com in the My Schedules tab on your profile. After the deadline, email the tournament director. Refunds are only available for players who do not complete a match due to inclement weather or cancellation of the tournament. If there is a refund, it would be minus the fixed costs of the tournament. Note: the Serve Tennis fee is non-refundable.
Late Entry USTA Southern policy : If draws are not full, late entries can be accepted. Late entries may be accepted or placed on the alternate list in the order received after entries received by the deadline. Entries received at the same time are ordered randomly. If the draw has been made the Tournament Committee may accept only late entries of players who do not invalidate the seeding. Tournament Directors may charge an additional $25 for a late entry.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 5?
A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
When do we know?
