THIS NATIONAL LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT WILL BE USING FLIGHTED DRAWS
This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia and USTA Southern as a National Level 5 Open with Flighted Draws. Registration must be completed online. Players may NOT register for two age divisions.
DOUBLES - PLEASE READ
The doubles teams will be ranked and seeded based on the Doubles National Seedings List dated September 16, 2026. One 32-Team Draw. Doubles will be an 8 game proset using AD scoring with a 7- point set tiebreak played at 8 all. Doubles - All doubles players must play in the same age division as they do in singles. Single elimaination. No 3/4 play-off for doubles.

You must be able to play on Friday evening to participate in doubles. If you cannot play Friday beginning at 5 PM, please do not register for doubles. We will accept on-site alternates for doubles on Friday. On-site alternates will follow the procedure listed below regarding check-in.

NOTE TO PLAYERS REGARDING TOURNAMENT EXPECTATIONS
It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the information contained on the USTA tournament website, including draws, match times, etc. This is your tournament experience and you have an important role in determining the experience you receive.
We know there is a lot of information here and it will take time to look through it all.
Parents and coaches are important shepherds and supporters of this process; however, we expect players to take ownership of their experience (schedule, match play, and actions on- and off-court). If you need assistance during the tournament, staff and officials are here to assist by giving you the tools and knowledge regarding things such as how to navigate/read a draw, how to use Match Tennis App, tennis rules, etc. Players, take advantage and you'll find your tournament experience is much improved.
LATE ENTRIES -- DEADLINE MON, 9/21 @ 6 PM ET
The USTA Southern late entry policy will be followed and is stated below. Late entries will be accepted only for draws that are not full. Once draws are full, players will be added to the alternates list in the order received according to the email timestamp.
To request late entry, EMAIL TD@myadllc.com with player name, USTA number, division (including singles, doubles, or both), by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 6 PM ET. Late entries are only accepted via email (no texts or phone calls). To be considered as received, all of the required information needs to be submitted via email. The email timestamp is the order in which late entries will be added. A $25 late fee will be assessed for late entries.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND INFORMATION
• USTA Policy • If you are withdrawing before registration closes, you will not be charged.
• If you are withdrawing after registration closes but before play starts, you will be charged and there are no refunds.
• If you are withdrawing from your match, email the Tournament Director ( TD@myadllc.com ).
• If you are needing to withdraw from your next day's match, please do so by 7:00 pm the night before so your opponent will know in a timely manner.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (subject to change)
• Friday: 2 rounds doubles starting no earlier than 5 PM
• Saturday: 2 rounds singles and doubles main draw plus 1 round of singles consolation
• Sunday: Singles; 2 rounds of singles consolation
Consolation Finals will not be played. Winners of the Consolation SemiFinals will receive a Consolation Finalist award.

DOUBLES TEAMS APPEARING ON PLAYER LIST
Please note the doubles paired/unpaired/selected list will not be finalized until the doubles deadline passes. Until then, you will see your partnership under the selected or alternate headings. Please do not worry - all teams will be moved to selected before seeding is completed. We will provide updates after the deadline passes. (Deadline can be found in the timeline below.)
Also, any unpaired player who has not communicated his/her doubles partner or requested random pairing by the published deadline will be withdrawn from doubles. You will receive an automatic notice once this happens.
Please be certain you are listed with your identified partner on the Players tab prior to the deadline. Remember, as long as you are paired on the list, we have received your request. Only email if you have not sent in your partnership information or random pairing request.
DRAWS
Draws will be published by Thursday at 3 pm ET. It is your responsibility to check this tournament web page for the players draws, match times and any other updates.
PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use the National Combined Standing List for player selection and National Seeding List for seeding published 9/16/26. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged.
Players will be flighted 1-16 into the first flight, 17-32 into the second flight, and 33-48 into the third flight based on rankings. If the draw is not full, we will split the draws evenly. For example: There are 39 players in a division. Draw A will have 13 players, Draw B will have 13 players, and Draw C will have 13 players. We will not split draws if the total number of players is fewer than 16 players -- they will be in the same draw (one draw total).
POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it USTA Level 5 points per round. Please click here for the point tables and refer to the Flighted Draw table on page 7 for this tournament.
DRAW SIZE
Three 16-player draws for girls singles and boys singles. Players will be flighted and seeded into each draw by their ranking from the Singles National Seedings List published 9/16/26.
Doubles will NOT be flighted and will be seeded by the Doubles National Seedings List published 9/3/24. The top 32 doubles teams will be selected. All other pairs will be added by ranking on the alternates list. Late entries for doubles will be accepted for draws that are not full. Late entry doubles teams will be added to the draw in the order received until it is full. All others will be added to the alternates list in the order received.
MATCH FORMAT
• Singles matches are best of three tiebreak sets with a 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. FICQ format for singles.
• Doubles will be an 8 game proset, scoring with a 7-point set tiebreak played at 8-8, REGULAR SCORING.
• There will be a 3/4 play-off for singles only.
Doubles - All doubles players must play in the same age division as they do in singles.
REPORTING TO COURT & MATCH CHECK-IN
• For the first match of the day, we will do what we call a “Shot Gun” start. We expect you to be ready to play 15 minutes before your match time. We will call you to court 15 minutes before your match time and your match will start promptly at the stated time on the draw.
• Please do not be a poor sport and wait until the last minute to go to court; sometimes this backfires and you end up being late for your match, which results in a penalty from people from congregating at the desk.
• We will be using Match Tennis App for players to check in for matches. You should be ready for your match 15 minutes before the stated time and awaiting a text message.
• You will receive court assignments via text message and should proceed directly to the court. The officials will have balls on the court.
TOURNAMENT FACILITY RULES
The tournament has expectations for conduct on its grounds for all players and spectators.
• No Smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises includes parking lots, bathrooms, and anywhere within 30 feet of a tennis court.
• Pets must be leashed and under the owner's control at all times and are not allowed inside buildings. Pets must not interfere with match play, other pets, or players/spectators. Owners not complying with these guidelines will be asked to remove their pet from the facility.
• No minors inside facilities without adult supervision. No running, jumping, yelling, bouncing of balls, or other horseplay allowed inside clubhouse. • Failure to respect the indoor seating areas will result in the closure of those spaces to all players and spectators.
• Limited vending options are available on-site. Please bring the items you need with you.
• Ice and water are available on-site.
• Warm up courts will be available on Friday for tournament players and coaches at no additional cost. You must check in at the desk to receive a court assignment.
• Facility will open 90 minutes before play each day for warm ups. Courts are available on a first come, first served basis.
TOURNAMENT DRESS CODE
Appropriate attire is required at all tournament facilities.
• Any T-shirts worn must be plain or tennis related
• No underwear should be visible above the waistband or below the hemline
• Shirts must be worn at all times; crop tops and sports bras cannot be worn as outerwear
• Shorts must be worn appropriately above pelvic bones
• Sleeveless shirts are acceptable if made that way - no cutoffs
• Compression shorts must be fully covered with a skirt or dress. Also known as "shorties" or "booty shorts" are not allowed to be worn without being covered

PARKING
Overflow parking is available at the first roundabout. Please refrain from parking on curbs or in the roadway. Vehicles are subject to being towed if they are not in the designated parking areas.
PLAYSIGHT AVAILABLE
Playsight is available on courts 11-16 and 20-25. If your player is assigned to one of these courts and you are interested in using this service, please come inside the clubhouse to activate your court. You must have the Playsight App to use the service. There is a fee required that you will pay to the facility.
Unfortunately, the tournament desk cannot accommodate requests for specific courts due to the tournament and facility size.
PRACTICE COURTS
• Indoor courts are available; however, you must pay the required fee for their use.
• Outdoor practice courts are free to use Friday - you must check in with the facility for a court assignment.
REPORTING SCORES - READ THIS!!!
We understand that reporting accurate scores is critical to the rating process. We go to great lengths to ensure the score is recorded accurately. However, our accuracy is dependent on the score reported in Match Tennis App by the winner. We are not stating players are purposely reporting scores incorrectly. So often, players can barely remember the court they were on much less the score of a three set match. So here is how we will handle score reporting officially:
• Both players will report the score in Match Tennis App immediately after the match. (Players will not be delayed by coaches or parents, or any other reason.) • Officials call in the time a match has completed, and a winner will have 5-10 minutes from that time to report the score. Failure to report timely could result in Suspension Points for not following the instructions of the official.
• If the match completion time is not called in by the on-court official and the loser of the match has reported the score but the winner has not yet reported, the winner will have 5 minutes to report the score in the app. Failure to report timely could result in Suspension Points for not following the instructions of the official.
• PARENTS AND COACHES – INSTRUCT YOUR PLAYER, WINNER OR LOSER, TO REPORT THE SCORE IN THE APP IMMEDIATELY AFTER A MATCH. DO NOT DELAY THIS PROCESS!!!
• The Loser of the match can confirm the score in Match Tennis App. • If there is a dispute, the players will be asked to report to the tournament desk to resolve the score discrepancy. • If an agreement cannot be reached, the Referee will help the players come to an agreement.
• Once a score has been entered online, the loser can email the tournament and question the accuracy. We will look at Match Tennis App and go by the score reported by the winner. In cases of chaired matches, we will enter the score as recorded on the Officials Scorecard.
• No scores will be changed after entered online unless the winner reports a change and that change is favorable to the loser. • If losers have made the effort to confirm the score with the winner immediately after the match, the winner cannot change that score in the winner's favor at a later date.
• Also note, should a winner have multiple issues with score reporting, Unsportsmanlike Conduct will be suspected and could result in suspension points.
• We will not "track down games" for the loser days or even hours after a match. Too much time has lapsed to try to get the winner to remember the score the way the loser wants it remembered. If it is important to you, then enter the score on the app immediately after the match.
• Parents, Coaches, and Players please respect this process. With the rating system, every game is important. We want to report the scores accurately. For the last couple of years, reporting of scores is becoming a contentious area resulting in numerous emails, phone calls, frustration, accusations, and unsportsmanlike conduct. We are attempting to eliminate some of this and make the score reporting a normal procedure of the game just as determining who will serve.
• Winners: do not be offended if your opponent wants to confirm the score with you. As stated, every game is important and your opponent just wants to get credit for their work.

Important Notice to All Players Re: Concurrent Tournaments
USTA Regulations state the following:
• Player shall not enter two tournaments at same time. When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. After a player has been eliminated from a tournament whose schedule of play partially overlaps with that of a second tournament, the player may enter the second tournament.
(USTA REGULATIONS IV.C. (Standards of Conduct),2022 Friend at Court, #s 12 through #17 apply).
Penalty: (4) Suspension points to player in violation per offense, enforced by either Tournament Committee, and/or USTA Administration.
SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS
At this time, players may only sign up for one age division in Singles and Doubles because we cannot support players signing up for two age divisions.
YOU MUST PLAY THE SAME AGE DIVISION FOR SINGLES AND DOUBLES
Per STA rules for all National Level 3-5's, you must play the same doubles division as your chosen singles division.

PLAYER & SPECTATOR GUIDELINES
• If you do not feel comfortable playing tennis- DO NOT PLAY .
Only play if you are comfortable playing. Each person is responsible for his or her own safety during these unknown challenging times. BE SAFE.
• If you are sick with any symptoms at ALL, DO NOT ATTEND OR PLAY A MATCH!
Ultimately, however, it is up to each player/parent to decide whether to participate in any event. Further, every player is expected to take all reasonable precautions to protect themselves.

NEW SELECTION & SEEDING PROCESS (EFFECTIVE 5/14/21)
As of May 14, 2021, the Southern Junior Competitive Committee has approved the selection process for Level 3 Closed – Level 5 Open tournaments to return to the original selection process.
All selections will be off the National Standing List.
Seeding will be completely off the National Standing List as well.
PLAYER REST REQUIREMENTS
• Any time of the year- Doubles followed by singles- A minimum of 30 minutes is required between the completion of the first doubles match of the day prior to starting singles play.
• During the months from May 1st to October 1st -Singles followed by singles- Players shall be given a minimum of two hours rest between the completion of the first singles match of the day and the start of the second singles match of the day.
• During the Months of October 1st to May 1st- Singles followed by singles- Players shall be given a minimum of 90 -minute rest between completion of the first singles match of the day and the start of the second match of the day.
• Singles followed by doubles- Players shall be given a minimum of one hour rest between any singles match (First or second of the day) and a doubles match. • **** If player’s match is longer than two hours, during the months of May 1st to October 1st, they may request (in person) more time from the Tournament referee. Time extension may not be guaranteed.
Safe Play Proactive Policy Highlights
LATE ENTRY - USTA SOUTHERN POLICY
If draws are not full, late entries can be accepted. Late entries may be accepted or placed on the alternate list in the order received after entries received by the deadline. Entries received at the same time are ordered randomly. If the draw has been made the Tournament Committee may accept only late entries of players who do not invalidate the seeding. Tournament Directors may charge an additional $25 late entry fee.
DEFAULT NO-SHOW POLICY
Players are expected to play all matches including main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will receive a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.).
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Players, persons who appear to be associated with a player (including, but not limited to, parents and coaches), officials, and organizers of any tournament are under a duty to encourage and maintain high standards of proper conduct, fair play, and good sportsmanship. They are under an obligation to avoid acts that may be considered detrimental to the game of tennis.
