This tournament will be fully played on Saturday October 10th.
Older siblings are encourage to play the Level 7 event.
DRAW TYPES & SCORING FORMAT
Draws will be published on or before the Thursday before the event by 8:00pm CST. This event will utilize a round-robin (non-elimination) draw type with playoff AND seperate players by gender if entries warrant.
Scoring format will be one 6-game set with a deciding game at 5-all, no-ad scoring.

ORANGE BALL
All orange ball matches will be played on Orange Har-Tru Lines. There will be a coach on court at all times to help faciliate proper flow for the matches.
IMPORTANT DATES
• Draws will be posted Thursday by 8:00pm CST
• Matches will commence Saturday no earlier than 8:00am CST

The facility Opens at 6:30am for warm-ups. All players will receive a pre-match warmup of 5-minutes. For midday warm-ups please use Samford Tennis Center: 901 E Samford Ave, Auburn, AL 36830

FINANCIAL AID
Junior financial aid for tournament players in the 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U age divisions provided by the Alabama Tennis Foundation is available to those who qualify by clicking on the link below. (Limited funds and all applications are confidential)

WITHDRAWALS & REFUND POLICY
Before the deadline, withdraw on USTA.com in the My Schedules tab on your profile with no charge. After the registration deadline, email the tournament director. Refunds are only available for players who do not complete a match due to inclement weather or cancellation of the tournament. If there is a refund, it would be minus the fixed costs of the tournament. Note: the Serve Tennis fee is non-refundable.
LATE ENTRY
If draws are not full, late entries can be accepted. Late entries may be accepted or placed on the alternate list, even if the draw is full, in the order received after entries received by the deadline. Entries received at the same time are ordered randomly. If the draw has been made, the Tournament Committee may accept only late entries of players who do not invalidate the seeding. Tournament Directors may charge an additional $10 for a late entry.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
