REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY .

REFUNDS:

There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to another tournament offered by the above-named organization. Otherwise, there are no refunds.

WITHDRAWALS:

Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line.

We will be using a tournament desk where you check-in for you match and report scores. DO NOT SIT IN YOUR CAR WAITING FOR A COURT ASSIGNMENT for it will be a long wait.

We can receive text, but cannot send them.

Virtual Tournament Desk Registration *MANDATORY FOR ALL PLAYERS* by the Weds before the tournament

In response to COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST click the below link to fill out the check-in form and sign the waiver for this tournament.

Please note: this is NOT a registration for the tournament. You must still register for the tournament, and until you are selected, your entry into the tournament is not confirmed by completing the below forms. However, these forms must be completed to participate in the tournament.

This tournament will use a tournament desk where you will check-in for your match and report scores. The desk will be located on the front porch of the tennis center.

We will only be using Match Tennis App to send text and e-mail messages to you.

Even though this is the only feature that we will use, it is VERY important that you register in Match Tennis App.

LIMIT 16 DRAW---Selection Process

SELECTION PROCESS: ::: Beginning February 1, 2017, the singles and doubles results for each player earned in a division for the previous 12-month period shall be counted as results in the next-older division at 20%. As such, younger players playing "up" will no longer be considered for selection based on their lower age division standings..National Standings will be used for selection. A description of this new amendment may be found on the USTA Southern website.
