Both divisions are using a round robin format as usual. Our goal for Junior Circuit tournaments is always to give each player a chance to play 2-4 matches. The format for each match on Saturday is 2 out of 3 short sets to 4 no ad scoring and a 7 pt tiebreaker if they split sets. You can win the set at 4-3. Kids will play each round and then have a break while another group is playing. 10's orange will play 3 matches and 10's green will play 5 matches. This is soley based on the number of kids in each division.
You may want to pack a lunch or snacks because there will be limited time in between matches. There may not be time to leave the property in between matches.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Sep 14, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
