Welcome to the LTP JR Championship
We are playing at four sites, each site is no more than 10 miles from the farthest point.
This is an outdoor tournament. There are zero indoor courts in the Tri-County area.
Please note that LDI and LTP can look alike on the draw sheets. This is an outdoor tournament. The Tri-County area does not have any indoor courts.
PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use the National Combined Standing List for player selection. The Singles Seeding List will be used to split and seed draws.

Players will be flighted/seeded by ranking 1-16 into the first flight, and flighted/seeded 17-32 by ranking into the second flight.
If it's not a full draw, we will split the draws evenly. Also, we will not split draws with fewer than 16 players. There will simply be one draw for those divisions. For example, there are 17 players in a division. Draw A will have 9 players, and Draw B will have 8 players. A maximum of 32 players in each division for singles, 16 teams for doubles.
POINTS PER ROUND This tournament carries with it USTA Level 5 points per round.
2025 points table for the point tables, and refer to the Flighted Draw table on page 7 for this tournament. Note: This is not like the old USTA Southern Waterfall draws. MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE Two 16-Player Draws. Players will be seeded into each draw by their ranking from the Combined National Standings List. All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set.
SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS. At this time, players may only sign up for one age division in Singles and Doubles because we cannot support players signing up for two age divisions. YOU MUST PLAY THE SAME AGE DIVISION FOR SINGLES AND DOUBLES. Per STA rules for all National Level 3-5's, you must play the same doubles division as your chosen singles division

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 5?
A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
When do we know?

New Doubles Participation Procedures (MANDATORY)
All players MUST add their doubles partner's name and USTA number to the waiver form under the “Doubles Partner” section in order to play doubles in this event.
If you have already completed the waiver form but did not have a partner at the time the waiver was completed, log in to the Match Tennis App to edit your waiver and add your doubles partner details by going to My Account>Completed Waivers>Tournament Name>Add Partner Details>Click Update.

THIS TOURNAMENT DOES NOT CREATE DOUBLES TEAMS. WE PRINT YOUR MATCH APP REGISTRATION on 11/9 at 9 pm to complete our doubles pairing. It is the responsibility of the player to find their own partner, Selections are made Friday, 11/6, after close out giving players 3 days to find a partner.
If you need a doubles partner, we will be using the Match Tennis App Free Doubles Pairing Service.
To find a Doubles Partner, follow these steps:

• Click the “Find A Doubles Partner” button and add your player’s name to the doubles list.

Once a partner is secured, you MUST add your partner's details to your waiver form by logging into the Match Tennis App and going to My Account>Completed Waivers>Tournament Name>Add Doubles Partner Details>Click Update.
The doubles pairing service is privatized through Match Tennis App, so you do NOT have to share any personal contact info with others unless you choose to do so!
We will start the first rounds of each day with a shotgun start, using the Match Tennis App, where the court assignments will be sent out 10 minutes before the first matches start. This will give all first-of-the-day matches (4:30 Friday, 8:00 am Saturday, and Sunday) time to be on court ready to play at 8:00 am. The balls for only the first rounds will be on the courts waiting for the first round matches to start on time. Anyone not on court at 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday will be assessed the appropriate penalties. For all matches starting after, when called to court, swing by the tournament desk to pick up your match balls.

DEFAULT NO-SHOW POLICY: Players are expected to play all matches, including the main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will result in a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.)
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Players, persons who appear to be associated with a player (including, but not limited to, parents and coaches), officials, and organizers of any tournament are under a duty to encourage and maintain high standards of proper conduct, fair play, and good sportsmanship. They are under an obligation to avoid acts that may be considered detrimental to the game of tennis. Detrimental acts include, but are not limited to, the acts set forth in USTA Regulation IV.C (Standards of Conduct). Friend at Court.

We use onsite alternates. Show up in person at the tournament desk before the first match of the tournament is played for your age division and request your name be added to the Onsite Alternates List.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds after registration closes at 5:59 pm EST on Friday, November 6, 2026. It is the player's responsibility to withdraw online before registration ends if you do not intend to play.

11/15 SUNDAY: Play continues at 8:00 am with 2 rounds Main Draw, 2 rounds Consolation, doubles no order
SCORING FORMAT
• Singles - Main Draw and Consolation - 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak played at one set all to decide the match
• Doubles - 6-game pro set (tiebreak to 7 at 6 all)
• 3-Minute Coaching Break
· In matches playing a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set, there will be a 3-minute coaching break between the end of the second set and the match-deciding tiebreak.
Players may not leave the court . unless requesting a toilet break. The toilet break will be taken after the 3-minute coaching break. No coaching is allowed during the toilet break for either player .

Selections will be made by Friday, November 6, at 9:00 pm based on the Combined National Standing List from Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
SEEDING INFORMATION:
Singles seeding will be done from the National Singles Seeding List from November 2026.

As of May 14, 2021, the Southern Junior Competitive Committee has approved the selection process for Level 3 Closed – Level 5 Open tournaments to return to the original selection process.
All selections will be off the National Standing Combined List.
