THIS LEVEL 4 EVENT WILL BE FLIGHTED DRAW EVENT IN WHICH MULTIPLE DRAWS OF 16 WILL BE USED.
IT WILL REMAIN A 3 DAY EVENT. IDEALLY, THE MAIN DRAWS WILL BE DONE BY SUNDAY WITH THE CONSOLATION TO STILL FINISH ON MONDAY. MONDAY CAN ALSO BE USED AS A BACKUP TO FINISH SINGLES IF WEATHER BECOMES A FACTOR. DOUBLES COULD ALSO POSSIBLY FINISH ON MONDAY DEPENDING ON DRAW SIZES.

4. Late entrant deadline: We will accept late entries up until Tuesday, September 29th at noon. If a draw is full at the time of deadline, all late entries will go to the bottom of the alternate list for those divisions. If draws have space available, a late entry can gain direct entry. Doubles teams also have until Tuesday, September 29th at noon to pair together. If you find your doubles partner after the online deadline, please email your partner to chipstearns@hotmail.com. After the doubles deadline, I will randomly partner all players who don't as of yet have a partner.
5. Seeding Info: Seeding for Singles will be done from the National Singles Seeding List. Seeding for Doubles will be done from the National Doubles Seeding List.

Singles: Two tiebreak sets, 10-point match tiebreak at one set all
Doubles: 8 game pro-set with 7 point tiebreak at 8 games all
7. Site info: There will be two sites: Rebsamen Tennis Center (Reb) which is the host site then also Burns Park Tennis Center (BP). Sites will be determined once the deadline passes and we know the amount of entrants per division.
8. Practice Court Info: There are two courts open (courts 5 and 6) at Rebsamen for the entirety of the tournament available for warmup. They are first come, first serve. Please share courts and keep warmups at a maximum of 30 minutes while match play is on court. Burns Park warmup courts will be courts 4, 5, and 6. These are also first come, first serve. They will be available all day during tournament play. Other city two court facilities that could be used for warmup include: Allsop Park and Merriwether Park. You can put those in your Waze or your Maps for directions.
9. Stringer Info: Stringer will be available at all times at Rebsamen Tennis Center starting Friday afternoon (501-664-0736).
10. Trainer Info: There will be a trainer at one of the facilities at all times during the tournament.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 4?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Sep 24, 4:59pm CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

If you need a doubles partner, we will be using the Match Tennis App Free Doubles Pairing Service.
To Find a Doubles Partner, follow these steps:
• Click the link above to complete the MANDATORY tournament waiver.
• Create a FREE account or log in to Match Tennis App by clicking the link above.
• Search for and click on our tournament details page inside of Match Tennis App.
• Click the “Find A Doubles Partner” button and add your player’s name to the doubles list.
• Then contact and be contacted by others looking for a doubles partner.
Once a partner is secured, you MUST add your partner details to your waiver form by logging into Match Tennis App and going to My Account>Completed Waivers>Tournament Name>Add Doubles Partner Details>Click Update.
The doubles pairing service is privatized through Match Tennis App, so you do NOT have to share any personal contact info with others unless you choose to do so!
DEFAULT NO-SHOW POLICY: Players are expected to play all matches including main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will receive a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.)
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Players, persons who appear to be associated with a player (including, but not limited to, parents and coaches), officials, and organizers of any tournament are under a duty to encourage and maintain high standards of proper conduct, fair play, and good sportsmanship. They are under an obligation to avoid acts that may be considered detrimental to the game of tennis. All match play is governed by Friend at Court , the USTA Code; USTA Southern Rules; USTA Southern Tournament Regulations, with the current USTA Point Penalty System in effect for all matches.

All USTA Southern Level 4 non-team events will Select 64 Players and flight into 4 – 16 Player Draws. Please see the document for information about Flighted Draws.

SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS
Players may register for two age divisions in Level 3 Closed, Level 4 Open/Closed tournaments. Players that do register for both divisions will automatically be selected in the older division if they are selected for both. Players not selected to either division will remain on both alternate Lists for both age divisions. If selected, the player must play in the division they first get into from the alternate lists and will be removed from the Alternate List in the other division. Once a player is selected for any one division, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
YOU MUST PLAY THE SAME AGE DIVISION FOR SINGLES AND DOUBLES
Per STA rules for all National Level 3-5's, you must play the same doubles division as your chosen singles division.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS RE: CONCURRENT TOURNAMENTS
USTA Regulations state the following:
Player shall not enter two tournaments at same time. When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. After a player has been eliminated from a tournament whose schedule of play partially overlaps with that of a second tournament, the player may then enter the second tournament.
(USTA REGULATIONS IV.C. (Standards of Conduct), 2025 Friend at Court, #s 12 through #17 apply).
Penalty: (4) Suspension points to player in violation per offense, enforced by either Tournament Committee, and/or USTA Administration.
SPORTSMANSHIP & THE USTA PLAYER OATH
All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Player Oath: "I recognize that tennis is a sport that places the responsibility for fair play on me. I promise to abide by the rules of the game, which require me to give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent. At all times I shall strive to compete with the true spirit of sportsmanship, recognizing that my behavior on the court is a direct reflection of my character. Whether my matches end with my victory or defeat, I promise to conduct myself in a way that honors my opponents, those who support me, and the game of tennis."
SAFE PLAY INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS & COACHES
Please be advised that if you plan to bring your coach with you, he/she SHOULD be Safe Play Approved through the end of the Tournament. This includes completing SafeSport training, acknowledging the USTA Safe Play Policy which includes reporting requirements, and a criminal background check. You can check if your coach is Safe Play Approved by visiting: https://www.usta.com/en/home/safe-play/search-for-a-tennis-provider.html. If they are not Safe Play Approved, please ensure they complete the process ASAP by visiting www.usta.com/safeplay and selecting “Get Approved.” PLEASE NOTE: SAFESPORT TRAINING IS 90 MINUTES LONG AND FULL APPROVAL CAN TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS.
