We are looking forward to this team event and looking forward to having you here in Little Rock! The format is as follows:
Each draw will have 24 players. Those players will be divided by waterfall into 6 teams of 4 players each. We will then play a round robin format where each team will play all the other teams once.
We will play two team matches on Saturday, two on Sunday, and one on Monday morning.
One TEAM match will consist of four singles and two doubles matches. You will play a total of 5 singles matches and 5 doubles matches throughout the weekend.
Singles matches will be best two of three sets with a 10 point tiebreak for the third.
Doubles will be regular ad scoring with a set to 6 with a 7 point tiebreak at 6 all.

Doubles partners will be partnered up within your own team and by the following:
1 and 2 positions play together on first two rounds, 3 and 4 positions play together on first two rounds
1 and 3 play together on third and fourth rounds, 2 and 4 positions play together on third and fourth rounds
1 and 4 play together on the fifth round, 2 and 3 play together on the fifth round
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS
You may sign up for two divisions following this procedure: If you sign up for two divisions, if you are selected into both divisions, then you will be automatically selected into the higher age division. If you are not selected into the higher division but selected into the lower division then you will automatically be selected into the lower division and taken off the alternate list for the higher division. If you are not selected for either division, you would be able to remain on the alternate lists for both divisions until you were selected into one or the other. NO ONE WILL PLAY IN MULTIPLE AGE DIVISIONS. You may also not "change your mind" on what division you were selected once the selections are made.

This tourney is an open tournament meaning players from all regrions and sections may apply.
Selection Info: Selection will be based upon the most recent national ranking list at the time of deadline.
Late entrant deadline: We will accept late entries up until Wednesday, October 22 at noon. If a draw is full at the time of deadline, all late entries will go to the bottom of the alternate list for those divisions. If a division has space available, a late entry can gain direct entry.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 4?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?

Seeding Info: All seeds will be based on the national list at the time of player selection.
Format of Play:
Singles: Two tiebreak sets, 10-point match tiebreak at one set all
Doubles: 6 game pro-set with 7 point tiebreak at 6 games all
Site info: There will be two sites: Rebsamen Tennis Center (Reb) which is the host site then also Burns Park Tennis Center (BPTC). Division sites for age divisions to be determined.
Practice Court Info: There will be 4 courts available for warm up at Rebsamen at all times and 8 courts at Burns Park at all times (unless we have ridiculously long matches!) All courts are open and free for warmup on Friday before the tournament begins as well as each morning before matches begin.
Stringer Info: Stringer will be available at all times at Rebsamen Tennis Center starting Friday afternoon (501-664-0736).
Trainer Info: There will be a trainer at one of the facilities at all times during the tournament.

TEAM TOURNAMENT AVAILABLE POINTS FOR LEVEL 4 TEAM EVENTS
Your points collected will be based on the USTA points table for team events. These points are per win. For level 4's, your point totals are as follows for the position you are playing on your team:
Position 1 - 105
Position 2 - 91
Position 3 - 78
Position 4 - 65
DEFAULT NO-SHOW POLICY: Players are expected to play all matches including main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will receive a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.)
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Players, persons who appear to be associated with a player (including, but not limited to, parents and coaches), officials, and organizers of any tournament are under a duty to encourage and maintain high standards of proper conduct, fair play, and good sportsmanship. They are under an obligation to avoid acts that may be considered detrimental to the game of tennis. Players that do register for both divisions will automatically be selected in the older division if they are selected for both. Players not selected to either division will remain on both alternate lists for both divisions but will need to play the division they first get into from the alternate lists. They will be removed from the Alternate list in the other division. Once a player is selected for any one division, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
YOU MUST PLAY THE SAME AGE DIVISION FOR SINGLES AND DOUBLES:
Per STA rules for all National Level 3-5's, you must play the same doubles division as your chosen singles division.
