RNB TENNIS will be hosting a Junior Circuit event from 9:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M. This is open to boys & girls ages 8U & 10U & 12U.
A USTA Junior Circuit is a fun program that utilizes a non-elimination round-robin draw format for players of all ages to gain match play experience in a tournament setting with a focus on individual results. This experience will encourage players of all ages to develop their skills through level-based play and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
• All 10&Under players will accumulate points in the 10nis Futures Race. For more information, please click here .
• 10U Green/Orange Ball players will also collect Net Generation PlayTracker Points. For more information on the Net Generation PlayTracker, please click here.
Format
For ALL play, singles matches are the best of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a deciding game played at 3-games all: the next game wins the set. If the players split sets, the final set is a 7-point tiebreak: the first player/team to 7 points by 2 wins. No ad scoring. Doubles matches are 1 no-ad short set (4 games) with a deciding game played at 3-games all: the next game wins the match.

TOURNAMENT EVALUATION
USTA Georgia would love to hear about your experience. Share your thoughts here about this tournament on our survey.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADDED. PLEASE READ BELOW!
COMMUNICATION - there are always going to be lots of questions. THIS TOURNAMENT HOMEPAGE IS HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ALL.
• EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE - rnbtennis1@gmail.com . Please email and include a cell number in case we have to call you.
• SINGLES SCHEDULES: We will come up with the times as soon as we can.
• 2 PLAYER ROUND ROBINS - The new system cannot do the 2 player round robins as is required by USTA GA. What traditionally happens is the two players play once and then play again. We can get the first required match handled and will use a work around to get the second match played.
• DOUBLES - IN ADDITION TO USING THE APP, YOU MUST EMAIL YOUR DOUBLES PARTNER NAME TO US.
• For anything we have not addressed, email your question to rnbtennis1@gmail.com . We will continue to update this page with any new info as well.
REMINDERS
Players will use the Match Tennis App to check-in for matches and submit scores at the tournament desk.
All players must complete the Mandatory Registration before arriving on site.
Always check the website before leaving your residence to stay updated on any weather related delays.
MATCH ETIQUETTES
Arrive 30 minutes before your match. Consider traffic and the possibility of getting lost if this is your first time at this location(s).
Check-In for your match on MatchTennisApp and also at the tournament desk once you are ON-SITE and ready to take the court.
If you are 99% sure a ball is out, then the ball is IN. Demonstrate integrity and character when calling lines. A ball is only out if you are 100% certain of it. If you have any doubt, continue to play the point.
The Server says the score before EVERY point. If you disagree with a stated score, do not play the point, amicably discuss the correct score before proceeding with play.
Parents cannot speak with players for any reason while they are on court competing. This is a USTA rule violation.
Only PLAYERS can ask for USTA officials to come on court -- NOT Parents, NOT Coaches. Inform your player of this before matches.

Refunds are only available for players who do not complete a match due to inclement weather or cancellation of the tournament. If there is a refund, it would be minus the fixed costs of the tournament. Note: the Serve Tennis fee is non-refundable.
LATE ENTRY
If draws are not full, late entries can be accepted. Late entries may be accepted or placed on the alternate list, even if the draw is full, in the order received after entries received by the deadline. Entries received at the same time are ordered randomly. If the draw has been made, the Tournament Committee may accept only late entries of players who do not invalidate the seeding. Tournament Directors may charge an additional $10 for a late entry.
