TOURNAMENT UPDATE - POSTED AT 8:30 P.M. ON FRIDAY NIGHT
Hi Parents,
I will update you on Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. We will start with doubles indoor if outdoor courts are wet. Since there are only 6 indoor courts, if we do start with doubles indoor, we will start with the 4 boys doubles matches and the first 2 girls doubles matches at 8 a.m. Additionally, if it looks like rain for most of the day, by my 6:30 a.m. post tomorrow, I will reschedule the rest of the doubles matches for indoor and let you know if there is any chance of playing singles on Saturday. Now, the rain is forecasted to stop around 4 p.m. tomorrow. However, even if the rain stops at 4 p.m tomorrow, the courts most likely will not dry in time to play any singles on Saturday and we will just stay indoor and finish the doubles.
Remember, the schedule that is currently posted is the schedule for tomorrow. I will make the necessary changes on Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 4?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Dec 31, 5:59pm EST). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
Text Coach Ace at (213) 410-2440 with your junior's name and division. Ace keeps the file: deadline, selections, draws, and what to do the night before.
