• We are still working on the Draws
• Everyone must be checked in and ready to play by 8:00am!! Even if you have a BYE for the first round, you need to be checked in by 7:45am!
• PARENTS, you will need to complete a Waiver when your child checks in so please allow yourself plenty of time.
• Courts will be open early for you to warm up.

SCHEDULE - SATURDAY, December 13th
• 7:00am - 7:45am CHECK IN AT MOBILE TENNIS CENTER • Check In will be at the Tournament Desk underneath the green tent behind court 45on the same side as the red brick building
• All players must be checked in by 7:45am Lateness of a player may affect the draw. If there is an odd number of players in a draw and not everyone is checked in, we might remake the draw quickly so two players do not have a BYE round due to a missing player.
• Parents will need to sign a waiver at check in for their player so please arrive early.
• 7:50am PLAYERS WILL BE SENT TO ASSIGNED COURTS
• 8:00am TIMED MATCHES WILL PROMPTLY BEGIN
• 8:00am - 8:30am - Round 1
• 8:45am - 9:15am - Round 2
• 9:30am – 10:00am - Round 3
• 10:15am - 10:45am - Round 4
• 11:00pm - 11:30pm - Round 5 (if your draw has 5 rounds)
• 11:45pm - 12:15pm - Round 6 (if your draw has 6 rounds)
• 12:30pm - 1:00pm - Round 7 (if your draw has 7 rounds)
• Once your draw finishes, we will quickly add up points and give out awards.
RULES & SCORING INFORMATION
10s, 12s, 14s, 16s, 18s, Website
• Round Robin format with 30 minute timed matches with a 15 minute break in between matches. NO AD Scoring.
• Players spin rackets to determine who serves first. One player serves entire game and then opponent serves an entire game.
• We play rounds with a 30 minute timer for each round. When time ends we will make an announcement to stop play. If you are in the middle of a game you will be instructed to finish the game in progress.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Tue, Dec 1, 4:59pm CST). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
