1. DRAW, SCORING FORMATS, DRAW PUBLICATION, EARLIEST MATCH START TIMES
Singles format - Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak played in lieu of the 3rd set.
Doubles format - 8-game pro set with a 7-point tiebreak at 8-games all . ad scoring.
Draw publication - Thursday by 3:00 PM
Start times - Earliest match start time is 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Doubles will begin on Friday night at 4:45 PM if necessary.

This tournament will use three sites:
• Samford University - 6 outdoor hardcourts - 800 Lakeshore Dr, Birmingham, AL 35229 (SU)
• Birmingham Tennis Academy - 8 outdoors hardcourts - 3700 Ridgeway Drive, Homewood AL, 35209 (BTA)
• West Homewood Park - 6 outdoor courts (Saturday only) - 121 W Oxmoor Rd, Homewood, AL 35209 (WHWD)

All draws will play with Dunlop Balls

All matches will be on hardcourts
5. OFFICIALS
- All rounds will be officiated by roving officials & court monitors - ratio of 1:6
6. SEEDS

7. SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Day 1: 2 rounds of doubles (Friday)
Day 2: 2 main draw singles, 1 main draw 1 back draw singles
Day 3: 2 singles, 2 backdraw singles, 2 doubles
8. PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be avalaible at Samford and BTA 1 hour prior to the start of matches each day
During the day there will be other practice courts at Wald Park in Vestavia Hills AL.
9. STRINGING
There will be a stringer avaliable on site at Samford and BTA. Cash only.
