From the tournament desk
Welcome players!
We are excited to announce that we will have a L6 At Legacy from June 5-7. We plan on starting to run more tournaments At Legacy so we can improve the level of competiton of tennis in Louisiana.
Boys 14U,16U,18U will be playing on Legacy's new clay courts and boys 12U and all girls will be palying on the recently renewed hard courts. Singles will be played Saturday and Sunday, and doubles will start Friday at 4:00pm and will finish through Saturday. Players can play both singles and doubles, schedule will be adjsuted so they can play both. If you need a partner email : asasso965@gmail.com and I will see what I can do.
SCORING FORMAT:
Singles: best 2 out of 3 sets to 6, set tie break at 6 games all, 10 point tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set. Consolation will be same format.
Doubles: Pro set to 8 with no AD scoring, 7 point tiebreak at 8 games all.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Oct 26, 4:59pm CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
