The following information should answer most questions about this event:

SPECTATOR SPORTSMANSHIP POLICY: Spectators should not speak to their player or inject themselves into a match for any reason . This includes any verbal cheering. To avoid spectators inadvertently coaching, helping or providing any instructive advice, we are asking for all spectators to cheer without verbal cues.

Any spectators interfering in matches can be moved from near the court by the tournament staff, at their discretion, and the player associated with that spectator can be subject to suspension points and point penalties, per Friend at Court.

Any resistance to being moved from near the court by tournament staff, can result in the spectator being removed from the facility and the player could be subject to suspension points. This is the regulation in Friend at Court.

BEFORE ENTERING THIS EVENT PLEASE NOTE THE USTA POLICY ON WITHDRAWALS AND NO-SHOWS : This is a USTA sanctioned event for ranking points and subject to USTA regulations. If a player withdraws after draws have been published for a reason other than documented illness or injury, that player is subject to the assessment of four (4) suspension points. An accumulation of 10 suspension points in a rolling year, for a variety of regulation violations could result in the player's suspension from USTA play for 3 months (first suspension.) If a player does not show for their match (fails to notify tournament in advance) that player is subject to five (5) suspension points per violation. The reason for this regulation is that late withdrawals negatively impact the draw and the players in that draw and withdrawals should be made only in unavoidable circumstances.

USTA Refund Policy: There are no refunds after entries close and selections are made.
