SITES: Southlake Tennis Center ( STC) | Wagon Wheel Tennis Center (WW) (in Coppell) | Carroll Senior High School (CSHS)

HOST HOTEL : Delta Marriott Southlake (Under Special Rates use Corporate Code: G5399 when making a reservation) Located 5 minutes from STC. $159.00 per night

STRINGING : Stringing is available at STC from 9 am-4pm. Please allow at least 2 hours for a racquet to be completed. Stringing is $22.00 per racquet if you bring your own string.

WARM UP COURTS : Warm up courts are available at both sites from 7-8 am both days. There are 2 courts north of the tennis center in Bicentennial Park that are first come/first serve.

Spectators should bring their own seating/umbrellas. There are concessions and stringing services at STC. There is ice/water at every site, but players should be prepared to bring their own ice for coolers , as there is a limited supply.

SIZE OF DRAW: 64 players per event for singles | 32 doubles teams. Draws are flighted by NSL Combined Singles/Doubles ranking. Draws are posted on the Wednesday before the tournament at noon.

DRAW SCHEDULE: 2 Singles/2 Doubles on Sat | 1 Doubles/2 Singles on Sun (Doubles will be played first)

SINGLES FORMAT: Two sets to 6, regular scoring, with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a third set for all EAST draw matches. No-ad scoring for all other matches.

DOUBLES FORMAT : PER TEXAS SECTION - Doubles Format 1 Set to 6, no-ad scoring.

BALLS: Wilson US Open Extra Duty

DOUBLES REQUIREMENT: Players must register with a partner. Players will not be paired randomly. The tournament director does not pair up players. Please try to pair up before entries close.

HOW TO SELECT/ASSIGN A DOUBLES PARTNER: Follow this link to Doubles Registration (#5) Please do not select a player that you have not spoken to and has not agreed to play with you. Both players must indicate a pairing for the team to be entered in the event.

DRAW TYPE: Compass Draw in Singles and Doubles . If draws are full , 16 players in singles and 8 teams in doubles, players are guaranteed 4 matches in singles and 3 matches in doubles. If draws are not full (16 players in Singles and 8 Teams in Doubles) we are unable to guarantee more than one match .

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 5?

A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.

When do we know?
