Player selection will be based on the NSL list published on October 28 . If, for any reason, the October 28 list is not published on time, the list published on October 27 will be used.
Boys 16U – 36 players
Girls 16U – 36 players
Boys 18U – 36 players
Girls 18U – 36 players
For each gender and age division, 36 players will be selected. Following this selection, any remaining open spots will be filled from the alternate list, without regard to section affiliation.
Ordering of players by WTN on Monday Nov 16th.
Teams will be posted 6pm Friday, Nov 20th
If a player withdraws before Thursday at 8pm, teams will be reshuffled to maintain competitive parity. If a player withdraws after Thursday at 8pm or during the event, an alternate can replace the player who withdrew and in the next complete round played, the new player will be placed on the appropriate line based on their WTN. For example, if the replacement player replaces the team's #1 player but their WTN is the 5th highest on the team, that player will become line 5 and the other players will move up in the lineup to play #1-4.
IMPORTANT: NO Play on Monday. Just Saturday and Sunday.
Schedule of Play:
Saturday (starting at 8am) - Doubles Round 1 and Round 2 followed by Singles Rounds 1,2,3
Sunday (starting at 8am) - Doubles Rounds 3,4,5 followed by Singles Rounds 4,5
Please do not schedule your return flight any earlier than 7:30pm Sunday or plan to fly home on Monday morning. Sunday is a full day of tennis.
Each age group will have 6 teams of 6 boys or 6 girls. Teams will be placed in a round robin with all 6 teams. All teams will be scheduled to play a total of 5 rounds (one round against each team).
Match format:
Singles - 2 short sets to 4, ad-scoring with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set.
Doubles - 1 set to 6, no-ad
Line 1-6 determined by WTN on 11/16. If players have the same WTN, combined standing at the time of selection is the tiebreaker.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 2?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Wed, Oct 21, 10:59am CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
