DRAW AND MATCH FORMATS
All draws are round robin or round robin with a playoff. Match formats will be either one Superset to 6 games (one more game at 5-5), one short set to 4 (one more game at 3-3), or timed matches (Indoors only). Scoring will be no ad scoring.
PLAYER SELECTION AND FLIGHTING: Each division will be limited to 16 players. Players will be selected based on time of entry. More players may be accepted if court time permits. Divisions with over 8 players shall be flighted according to World Tennis Number (WTN). Divisions with exactly 8 players may use a format of 2 round robin groups with a playoff OR 2 flighted round robins. Divisions with under 8 players shall use a format consisting of either a single round robin group or 2 round robin groups with a playoff.
Entry Information:
By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Junior Circuit Guidelines and Net Generation Pathway Regulations . Registrants must review and understand the regulations and all of the notes including the Entry Information section below.
REFUND POLICY: Once player selections are made, no refunds will be issued.

Players may only register for one age division
Late Entries: It is at the discretion of the Tournament Director to accept late entries after registration closes and before draws are published; a Tournament Director accepting late entries must post a note on the tournament homepage indicating late entries will be accepted in the order received up until a specified time or the draw is full. Late entries may not be accepted after the draw has been published.
MAF JUNIOR CIRCUIT REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES:
This event operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Net Generation Pathway Regulations, MAF Guide to Junior Circuit, and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects including meeting sportsmanship expectations , all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

REFUNDS are not required and are at the discretion of the member organization (the provider).
All tournaments shall post a Refund Policy on the tournament homepage. Member organizations are not required to refund players for events affected by inclement weather. The MAF recommends that a credit, or a full, or partial refund be offered to players affected by the cancellation for a future event hosted by that same organization. The shortening or cancellation of events is outlined in the Inclement Weather Policy .
