All matches will be played INDOORS at Schwartz Tennis Center, 1324 McCormick Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Rain back-up will be provided.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING PROCESS:
Selection (bottom-up) and seeding will be done by WTN.

DRAW POSTING, SIZE & FORMAT :
All draws will have a maximum of 16 players. Draws and start times will be posted on Thursday, October 1 by 8 p.m .
Draws/divisions could use alternative formats depending draw size/player entries.
MATCH FORMAT, COURTS & BALLS:
All divisions will play a round robin events match with 1st and 2nd place based on the position each player finished in their flight. All matches will be time based. Everyone is guaranteed 3 rounds, unless the number of players does not allow for 3 rounds to be played.
Play is scheduled INDOORS using Wilson US Open tennis balls.
Players should expect to play all matches in one day. Play will begin as early as 8:00 a.m. on October 3. Please check the draw for your specific match time.
PLAYERS SHOULD ARRIVE A MINIMUM OF 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO EACH SCHEDULED MATCH TIME.
POINTS PER ROUND:

WARM-UP COURTS:
Warm-up courts will be available from TBD . Warm-up courts after play begins on-site will be available only if a buffer court is possible.
AWARDS:
Awards will be given to first and second places in each division. T-shirts will be given to all participants. Please pick-up your tournament T-shirt and match card in the Schwartz Tennis Center lobby reception desk prior to your first match. After you get your T-shirt, procede to the check-in desk, located on the mezzanine level.
COACHING & RULES:
There will be no coaching permitted during matchplay.
All USTA Rules will apply and be enforced. Default and game penalty rules will be applied for lateness.
