Balls and awards
Wilson US Open balls will be used. Awards will be given to 1st place in each division.
Stringing
Stringing will be available on-site throughout the weekend.
PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use the National Standings List (Rankings) for Selections (bottom up). Rankings may be used for seeding if seeds are used.
STARTING TIMES & DRAWS
The starting times and draws will be posted at a minimum of 2 days ahead of the tournament. Please do not ask for late starting times.
POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it USTA Level 7 points per round:
Main Draw Win = 12 Points
Round Robin Win = 12 Points
Consolation Win = 6 Points
Champion Points = 8 Points
Finalist/Runner Up Points = 6 Points

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Match Scoring and Draw Format are dependent on the number of players in each division. The goal of the tournament is to have at least 3 matches scheduled for the winner of each division. The match scoring could be short sets, full sets, 2 out of 3 short sets with a tiebreaker to 7 points or timed matches. The short set and full set option also counts fully for WTN. All players will be scheduled to play at least 3 matches if there are 4 or more players in a division. The draw format could be Round Robin, Round Robin with Playoff, or Compass Draw.
CHECKING-IN
Players must check-in before each match no later than their match time (not just their first match). Players need to be ready to play when they check-in as they could start play at any time after checking-in. Also both players should report the scores for each match immediately after the match.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

PLAYER CONTACT INFORMATION POLICY
If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.
TOURNAMENT FEES
If your credit card has been declined, the tournament director will be reaching out to you, and they will have the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you do not respond and communicate with them.
NO refunds after player selection.
If you are not selected, your card will NOT be charged.
WRITTEN NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR WITHDRAWS
Withdrawing after the player selections and withdrawing after play starts without written verification to the Tournament Director is subject to 5 Suspension Points in the USTA Suspension Point System. This requirement includes issues with illness or injury. The written verification must be sent to the Tournament Director before the end of the tournament.
