Plan the trip
From the tournament desk
All singles matches will take place on Friday and Saturday at Western Racquet Club. All doubles matches will take place on Sunday. Tournament desk will be located near the outdoor pro shop. Play will take place on the indoor and outdoor courts. In the event of rain, tournament match times will shift and matches will be delayed.
Singles draws will be limited to 16 players, doubles draws will be limited to 8 teams. Selections and seeding will be done using WTN. Selections completed Monday July 5th. Draws will be posted Wedensday July 7th by 9pm.
Singles matches will begin as early as 11am on Friday. All singles matches will be 2 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak for the third set. All doubles matches will be played on Sunday as early as 830am. Format for doubles will be determined based on how many teams sign up for the event. Doubles age divisions might be combined to make sure as many people get to play as possible.
