The account holder is the parent. Player profiles for your junior live inside your account, under your control. Every text Coach Ace sends goes to a phone number you verified — never to your kid's phone unless you put it there. You can see everything, change everything, and delete everything.
There are no ad networks in SportsAgent and no advertisers behind it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data — or your kid's — with anyone for marketing. Our business model is a $12/month subscription, stated right on the pricing page. You are the customer, not the product.
SportsAgent does not run facial recognition on anyone, and especially not on kids. Courtside live scoring works from the score, not from cameras pointed at players.
Matches, scores, rankings, reflections — that record belongs to your family. It is encrypted at rest and in transit, we never train outside AI models on it, and you can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.
Coach Ace is an automated AI coach. It identifies itself as automated, it only talks tennis, and it follows USTA rules — it will never coach a player mid-match. It is an assistant for your family, not a replacement for a human coach, and parents can see the whole conversation.

While we earn ours, we design Coach Ace against the published frameworks we think set the real bar: Common Sense Media's AI ratings framework and the 5Rights Foundation's Children & AI Design Code. In practice, that is why Coach Ace identifies itself as software, only talks tennis, and texts you — the parent — not your kid; and why there are no ads, no selling, and no outside-AI training on your family's data.
