Singles: 32-players flighted into two 16-player draws, each with a FICQ and 3/4 playoff. All matches are best-of-three tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set, regular scoring.
Doubles: 16-team draw. Single Elimination. Format is an 8-game pro set, with a 7-point tiebreak at 8 games all, no-ad scoring.
Flighted Draws: This tournament will use the Combined National Standing List from October 6th for player selection. The Singles Seeding List will be used for splitting and seeding draws. Players will be flighted/seeded by ranking 1-16 into the first flight, and flighted/seeded 17-32 by ranking into the second flight. If it's not a full draw, we will split the draws evenly. Also, we will not split draws with less than 16 players. There will simply be one draw for those divisions. For example: There are 17 players in a division. Draw A will have 9 players and Draw B will have 8 players.
Selections into the tournament are done from the NSL which is a combination of singles and doubles results. Players are assigned to their flights from the seeding list which considers only singles. That's why the two lists are not necessarily the same.
Note: There is no charge for adding doubles to your singles registration. The entry fee listed for doubles is a doubles-only fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS RE: CONCURRENT TOURNAMENTS
USTA Regulations state the following:
• Player shall not enter two tournaments at same time. When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. After a player has been eliminated from a tournament whose schedule of play partially overlaps with that of a second tournament, the player may enter the second tournament.
(USTA REGULATIONS IV.C. (Standards of Conduct), 2025 Friend at Court, #s 12 through #17 apply).
Penalty: (4) Suspension points to player in violation per offense, enforced by either Tournament Committee, and/or USTA Administration.

All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Player Oath: "I recognize that tennis is a sport that places the responsibility for fair play on me. I promise to abide by the rules of the game, which require me to give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent. At all times I shall strive to compete with the true spirit of sportsmanship, recognizing that my behavior on the court is a direct reflection of my character. Whether my matches end with my victory or defeat, I promise to conduct myself in a way that honors my opponents, those who support me, and the game of tennis."

In 2000, Westgate Tennis Center became the most decorated Tennis Center in America when it won multiple national awards. Annually from 2001 to 2019, it was the home of a prestigious women's professional circuit event. Currently, Westgate Tennis Center begins its fifth year as the host site for the USTA Boys' 14 National Clay Court Championships. This modern facility features 20 lighted Har-Tru courts, all with player seating and shade shelters. Spectators can enjoy viewing from atop the 3500-square foot clubhouse or a centrally located, elevated berm.
